THE OBSTACLE COURSE
The top section, the first section of our obstacle training course
should take you between 5 and 15 minutes and is packed with hills,
steps, boards, tyres, ropes, steps and more hills, with a Wreckbag
carry across a water pontoon and back to finish. This section is
designed to get the heart pumping and is a guaranteed lung burner
great for interval sessions.

The Obstacle Course is exactly what it says on the tin. The largest
section of our 3-part assault course, crammed full of obstacles for
you to practice your efficiency over obstacles on technical terrain,
with a Tarzan swing, a rope walk, an Irish table, walls, balance
beams, cargo nets, over and unders, peg boards and monkeys bars to
name a few.
