HI INTENSITY CIRCUIT TRAINING
Every Friday

 

An Intense hour of Hi Intensity circuit training! Great for conditioning the body and working on a huge array of physical activities in one intense but fun session! Push yourself to get better every week a great class to help motivate each other and become stronger and fitter!

Tip:

The Key is in the name! Its Hi Intensity! Stay hydrated and control that breathing!

SATURDAY  SLAUGHTER

Every Saturday: 9:00 - 10:30

THE ONLY WAY TO START YOUR WEEKEND!!!

A fast paced, Intense session on our amazing assault course, where you will cover all aspects of physical training!

This will leave you feeling MENTALLY and PHYSICALLY prepared for the week ahead!


Tip:

Go at your own pace... but don't forget to push yourself that little bit more!

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS WITH WEIGHTS
Every Monday

 

An Intense hour of physical training! There is no better way to start or end your day, this class will push you to your limits while still leaving you smiling... with its fun yet demanding atmosphere this class is great for all ability levels!

Tip:

Plenty of determination and will power is what you need to get the most out of your training!

CARDIO AND CORE CIRCUIT
Every Tuesday and Thursday

 

This class pushes your cardio limits and concentrates on core strength and stabilisation muscles helping to create a strong and healthy core, great for everyone as you can literally train to your own limitations!

Tip:

Push yourself, the more you put in the more you will get out of this class!

OUTDOOR ASSAULT COURSE
Every Wednesday

 

Mikes Gym Members Favourite! Using the extensive and ever expanding assault course at Mikes Gym! You will get an amazing full functional body workout! Testing your strength and cardiovascular abilities, once you have managed to get your breath back we know you will be grinning!

Tip:

Start at a manageable pace, make sure you have some energy stored as this one isn't a Hares race!

KIDS OCR
Every Tuesday and Thursday

 

An adaptation of the Adults assault course training, utilising the obstacles in a fun yet testing way for the younger members!

Perfect class for any budding athletes and future OCR Champions out there!

Enjoy it! There is plenty of fun to be had and new friends to be made...

BOX FIT
Every Tuesday and Thursday

 

This one is seriously good fun but also a serious workout! It really allows you to work at your own ability level while pushing yourself to become fitter with each session. You'll work up a sweat in no time and use muscles you never knew you had!

Tip:

Take your time, good form will help you achieve your goals quicker...

KIDS BOXING
Every Wednesday

 

A great way for the younger ones to learn the art of boxing while getting fit and also learning discipline and to be respectful of each other and their coach!
