An Intense hour of High Intensity circuit training!

Great for conditioning the body and working on a huge array of physical activities in one intense but fun session! Push yourself to get better every week a great class to help motivate each other and become stronger and fitter!

Tip: The Key is in the name!
Its High Intensity! Stay hydrated and control that breathing!​

Notes: Beginner friendly with the coach being able to scale to YOUR level! Low to moderate intensity and technique. (OCR = Obstacle course Racing)
