Using the extensive and ever expanding assault course at Mikes Gym! You will get an amazing full functional body workout! Testing your strength and cardiovascular abilities, once you have managed to get your breath back we know you will be grinning!

Tip: Start at a manageable pace, make sure you have some energy stored as this one isn't a Hares race!​

Notes: Beginner friendly with the coach being able to scale to YOUR level! Workout in a unique environment using parts of our 5km Assault Course in your training. Low to moderate intensity and technique. (OCR = Obstacle course Racing)
